Nick was born in Fresno, California and grew up in Tulare, California. He graduated from Tulare Union High School in 2001 and after working a few factory jobs, enlisted in the US Navy in 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Homeland Security in 2017.

Nick has two children, Travis (16) and Kynleigh (14). Travis has played baseball since he was 4 years old and plays infield and pitcher for Frank W. Cox High School and South Side Crew. He loves to fish, camp, and drive his Jeep and gaming. Kynleigh is interested in art but really just loves to hang out with her friends and family. She is the biggest lover of dogs and loves to help us cook. She will begin high school this fall.

Nick has served over 21 years in the Navy and has been stationed in CT, GA, CA, and VA. After promoting to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E7), he was selected for a commission as a Submarine Ordnance Officer. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

Nick really loves sports and has coached baseball and soccer. His favorite teams are the LA Dodgers, LA Rams, LA Lakers and follows Univ. of Alabama and Fresno State Univ. collegiate sports. His favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant. He likes to work around the house and has built six home bars for friends and family. When he can find a moment between our kids travel sports and busy careers, he enjoys cigars and bourbon. His favorite cigar is Padron 1926 and favorite bourbons include EH Taylor, Blanton's, and Weller.

I was born in the Bronx, NY and was raised mostly on Long Island in the Hamptons. I graduated from Hampton Bays High School in 1998! Growing up on Long Island allowed me to develop a love for the beach. We camped on the beach every Summer and for 9 years I was an ocean lifeguard for Southampton Town while I was doing my schooling.

I finished undergrad at Stetson University in Florida in 2002, then finished medical school at NYCOM in New York in 2007, and finally finished Residency at EVMS in Virginia in 2011. I was fortunate enough to land my dream job after residency at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital where I am the Medical Director of the inpatient rehabilitation unit and do rehab and pain management consults in the hospital.

I have 2 kids. Colin who is 16 yo and goes to COX High School. He plays travel baseball and for the COX Falcons and he also likes to surf. Maddox is 13 yo and she goes to Great Neck Middle School. She plays travel basketball and for her middle school and she loves to hike, camp, and go to the pool with her friends. My 3rd child is Rusty our dog who just turned 2 yo! He is a funny, stubborn, and loving Pitbull/Boxer, just like my kids!

I first met Nick when he coached my son in rec baseball when he was 7-8 yo. Our kids were friends ever since and so were we! Through both of our divorces we supported each other as friends but eventually found comfort and love in each other’s arms. We are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives together and are so excited to celebrate it with you!
